张力制度对纤维缠绕炭纤维增强复合材料性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以NOL环试样的拉伸强度作为考察指标,通过对T700/E-51复合材料的张力制度进行水平设计和性能测试,研究了缠绕工艺中张力制度对炭纤维增强复合材料力学性能的影响。试验结果和方差分析表明:a)张力制度对T700/E~51NOL环试件的拉伸性能有显著影响;b)采用张力递减制度能够提高NOL环试件的拉伸性能;c)为了降低试件性能的变异性,需要从工艺上解决张力递减制度的连续性。 The influence of winding tension rules on mechanical properties of carbon fiber reinforced composite is studied by orthogonal test design for winding tension of T700/E-51 composites and performance testing with tensile strength of NOL rings as investigation index.Test results and analysis of variance showed that:a) winding tension rules have a significant impact on the tensile properties of T700/E-51 NOL rings specimens;b) a decreasing tension rules can enhance the NOL rings specimen tensile properties greatly;c) in order to reduce the variability of performance,the continuity of the tension changing needs to be resolved.
