摘要
以马来酸酐和丙烯酸为单体,合成聚羧酸,并与柠檬酸复配用于棉织物的免烫整理,结果表明,采用过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠组成的氧化还原引发剂,并采用亚硫酸氢钠和丙烯酸混合液滴加过硫酸铵和马来酸酐混合液的方法,在55~60℃下合成的聚羧酸最好,并与柠檬酸按1:3配比时,整理织物的褶皱回复角可达272°,白度下降1.5%,失强32.4%。
Malic acid and Citric acid is initiated by amine persulfate and sodium bisulfite at a ratio of also 2:1,to get a kind of polycarboxylic acid.By dripping the mixture of sodium bisulfite and acrylic acid into the mixture of amine persulfate and malic acid,when the polymerized temperature is between 55℃and 60℃,the polycarboxylic acid is best.Mixed polycarboxylic acid with citric acid at a ratio of 1:3,the WRA of finished fabric can reach to 272°,whiteness only decreased by 1.5%,strength lose is less than 32.4%.
