高压辊磨机是在近20年才发展成熟起来的破磨设备,初期只用于破碎软性矿石或物料,近年来在推广应用于破碎硬质矿岩时,发现其具有独到的预裂矿粒的作用。文中对其工作原理、技术特性进行了分析,就如何发挥其在选矿流程中的作用,进行了探讨,设计了简单的流程,供同行参考。

High pressure roller mill is the crushing and grinding equipment developed in recent two decades.It was only used to crush soft ore or material in initial stage.In recent years,its original function of presplitting mineral particle is discovered when it crushed hard rock.This paper analyses its working principle and technical characteristics,and discusses how to develop the function in beneficiation flow.Meanwhile,this paper gives the simple flow for reference.
