腹腔热灌注化疗并射频透热治疗恶性腹水的临床观察

Clinical observation of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy perfusion combined with radio frequency in treatment of malignant peritoneal effusion

目的观察腹腔热灌注化疗并射频局部透热治疗恶性腹水的临床效果。方法52例晚期恶性腹水患者随机分为腹腔热灌注化疗联合局部射频透热治疗组(治疗组)和腹腔灌注化疗组(对照组)。结果治疗组有效率为72.73%,对照组为33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组及对照组患者中位生存时间分别为31周及26周,两组不同治疗方法的毒副反应发生率及程度无统计学意义。结论以腹腔热灌注化疗联合射频局部透热治疗恶性腹水较常规单纯腹腔化疗疗效好,且毒副反应少,并有一定程度延长患者生存期作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy perfusion combined with local radio frequency(RF) in treatment of malignant peritoneal effusion. Methods Divided 52 cas- es into two groups at random, one group receives hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy perfusion combined with local radio frequency (treatment group), the other received intraperitoneal chemotherapy perfusion (control group). Results The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 72.73%, 33.33% respec- tively, the difference in two groups is significant (P<0.05). The median survival time in treatment group and the control group were 31 weeks and 26 weeks, respectively. There was no significant difference in the side effect between two groups. Conclusion The therapy of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy perfusion combined with local radio frequency is a more effective management in increasing effective rates of malignant peritoneal ef- fusion and it can prolong survival time. It can be utilized in the clinical application.
