后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术31例治疗体会

Clinical experience on 31 cases of renal cyst-deroof decompression under retroperitoneal laparoscopy

目的探讨后腹腔镜手术治疗肾囊肿的方法、疗效与处理要点。方法回顾性分析全麻下行后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术患者的临床资料。结果31例手术均获成功,手术时间50-120min,平均80min;术中出血量20-100ml,平均40mL;术后住院4-8d,平均5d;无严重并发症;术后随访5个月以上均未见复发。结论后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术创伤小、恢复快、疗效佳,是肾囊肿的首选治疗方法。

Objective To explore the techniques and efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopy in the treat- ment of renal cyst. Methods Retrospectively.analyzed the clinical data of 31 cases patients with renal cyst which were performed retroperitoneal laparoscopic deroof decompression under general anesthesia. Results All deroof decompression for renal cyst succeeded. The operation time was 50-120 minutes, with a mean of 80 minutes. The intraopeative blood loss was 20-100 ml, with a mean of 40 ml. The postoperative hospital stay was 4-8 days, with a mean of 5 days. No severe complications were found. All the patients were followed up for 5 months after operation, renal cysts no longer recurrenced. Conclusion Renal cyst-deroof decompression under retroperitoneal laparoscopy is a safe and effective technique for renal cyst with the advantages of little trauma ,rapid recovery and good efficacy.
