脊髓损伤后痉挛性膀胱的治疗进展

摘要 脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)不仅使患者的运动和感觉功能丧失,而且使损伤平面以下的内脏器官失去了高级神经中枢的调节与支配,引起神经性功能紊乱。其中以脊髓终末支配的膀胱尿道、直肠肛门和性功能障碍最为常见。圆锥上脊髓损伤占脊髓损伤的85%。
