摘要
在分析影响公路隧道应急能力诸多因素的基础上,建立定性与定量因素相结合的评价指标体系;将层次分析法与模糊综合评价方法有机结合起来,运用到评价过程中。通过实例阐明这种评价方法的可行性。
Based on the analysis for many factors influencing the emergency capability of expressway tunnel,this paper establishes an evaluating index system integrating qualitative and quantitative factors,realizes the organic combination of AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and fuzzy synthetic evaluating method and puts them to use for evaluation.The paper also verifies the feasibility of this evaluating method by means of examples.
