本项目是一个典型的旧河道改造工程,涉及城市土地利用,地块开发控制,公共空间设计,河流生态等多方面的内容,规划从历史沿革,城市空间肌理,土地利用,开发动态等方面对沿线地区进行了全面解读,同时吸收了国际先进城市滨水区再开发的经验,创造丰富的城市空间景观效果。

This is one classical project for the old riverway rebuilding,involve the utilizing of the City Land,developing and controlling of the blocks,designing of the public area,etc.All the layouts show the comprehensive description to the river sides based on the local history and evolution,city space,tract utilizing,and the active developing in these years. Meanwhile,using for reference of the successful rebuilding experiences in the international development city which locate beside the lake or sea,this design creat one flowery and luxuriant landscape in this city.
