摘要
结合我国工程教育的实际,针对高校教育中专业设置过细过窄、学生工程训练严重不足等主要问题,以"大基础、大工程"的教育理念为指导,逐步建立和完善了电气信息类工程应用型人才培养的创新模式,即"2+1+1"分段培养模式。论述了"大基础、大工程"的教育理念,以及"2+1+1"分段培养模式的含义,并重点就该方案中理论教学体系、实践教学体系和校企合作模式等几个主要内容进行探讨。
Based on the present situation of engineering education in our country,our college gradually establishes and improves the innovation mode on cultivation mode of practical talents of electric information major with the conception of ＂deep foundation＂ and ＂large-scale engineering＂,which is called ＂2＋1＋1＂ sectional talent cultivation mode.This paper proposes the talent cultivation mode to solve such problems as too narrow division of courses,the lack of students＇ engineering training and so on.This paper discusses teaching conception of ＂deep foundation＂ and ＂large-scale engineering＂ and the conception of ＂2＋1＋1＂ sectional talent cultivation mode.And the paper also analyzes the theory-teaching system,the practical teaching system,and the college-enterprise cooperation pattern in this new talent cultivation mode.
