摘要
研究生教育事业的高速发展,招生规模的扩大,培养类型的增加,管理模式的转变,信息量的扩充,对研究生教育管理信息系统建设及适用性要求越来越高。结合吉林大学研究生教育事业的特点与管理需求的实际情况,建设符合学校研究生教学与管理需要的管理信息系统,在实践过程中不断探索与改进,强化功能、完善手段,对于实现科学规范化的管理、提高管理效率、实现信息共享,具有十分重要的现实意义。
With the rapid development of graduate education,the expansion of the enrollment,the increasing of training type,the transformation of management pattern and the large amount of information,it brings higher requirement to the construction and the applicability of information management system in graduate education.According to the characteristics of Jilin University and the actual conditions,it is necessary to improve the information system construction by strengthening and perfecting its function,which plays an essential role in realizing the scientific and standardized,highly efficient management system,thereby leading to information sharing.
