高校后勤社会化改革是一项庞大的、复杂的系统工程,是高校内部管理体制改革的重要组成部分。目前,高校都在积极探索如何进一步深化后勤社会化改革,建设新型的高校后勤保障体系。本文从后勤管理体制和运行机制等方面做出了详细的阐述,并提出进一步深化后勤社会化改革的几点思考。

Commercialization of College Logistics is a comprehensive and SYstematic project,and an important part of college inner management reform. At present, colleges are exploring how to deepen the commercialization of college logistics and how to construct a new guarantee system of college logistics. The paper probes into the logistics management and operation mechanism, then puts forward reflections and constructive suggestions on deepening the reform of logistics commercialization.
