摘要
为了解决目前气体继电器检测装置检测精度低,不适用于现场,且主标准量值溯源困难的问题,提出间接测量法和油流直接测量法,并利用2种方法设计相应的软硬件,研制出基于单片机的气体继电器检测装置。该装置通过流速修正仪完成内部涡轮流量计的流速修正,且具备气体继电器的密封性、轻瓦斯和重瓦斯的检测功能,能实时显示、查询和打印检测记录。比对试验表明,该套装置能方便、灵活地运用流速尺对气体继电器进行就地检测,并可根据实际情况应用油流直接检测装置对流速尺做定期比对,提高气体继电器的检测效率和可靠性。
In order to solve the problem about low calibration precision,inapplicability in site and difficult traceability to the main standard for current gas relay,the article proposes the indirect calibration method and oil-direct calibration method.Using these methods,a gas relay calibration device based on MCU is developed.The comparing experiment data show that the gas relay device can calibrate gas relay conveniencely and flexibly on the spot,make comparing experiment to flow ruler termly,and improve gas relay calibration effectively and reliably.
