摘要
目的建立GDX102/活性炭复合型采样管—热解吸气相色谱法同时测定职业场所空气中13种有机毒物的方法。方法选择合适的固体吸附剂填充比例和方法,并优化热解吸和气相色谱分析条件。结果以100 mg GDX102+100 mg活性炭两段式填充方法制备采样管,经热解吸气相色谱分析,回收率可达95%以上,各组分检出限在0.006~0.2 mg/m3之间,RSD在2.2~6.1%之间。结论该方法适用于职业场所空气中苯系物、正己烷等13种有机物的测定。
[Objective]To establish a method for determining 13 poisonous organic compounds in the workplace air by GDX102/activated carbon mixed sample tube-thermal desorption gas chromatography. [Methods]The appropriate proportion of the solid adsorbents and filling process were selected,and the parameters of thermal desorption gas chromatography was optimized. [Results]After the analysis by thermal desorption gas chromatography,the recovery rate reached at least 95%,detection limits were 0.006~0.2 mg/m^3,and RSD ranged from 2.2% to 6.1%,when the sample tube was filled by two segments of 100 mg GDX102+100 mg activated carbon. [Conclusion]The method can be applied for the determination of 13 poisonous organic compounds,including benzene,n-hexane,etc in the workplace air.
