天津市武清区2006—2009年职业病危害因素监测与健康监护结果

Results of Occupational Hazards Monitoring and Health Surveillance in Wuqing District of Tianjin City during 2006-2009

目的了解天津市武清区工业企业职业病危害因素分布及对作业工人健康的影响,为制定职业病防治计划提供客观依据。方法对2006—2009年职业病危害因素监测情况和有毒有害作业人员的健康监护情况进行统计分析。结果职业病危害因素监测平均合格率为85.75%,无职业病病例报告。结论职业病危害因素监测中以苯、甲苯、二甲苯居多,粉尘合格率低,应加强企业的监测率和健康监护率,尘肺病是防治的重点。

[Objective]To learn the distribution of occupational hazards in industrial enterprises of Wuqing District and its effect on workers＇ health,and provide an objective basis for development of occupational disease prevention plans. [Methods]Statistic analysis was made on the occupational hazards monitoring results and health surveillance results of workers with exposure from 2006 to 2009. [Results]The average qualified rate of occupational hazards monitoring was 85.75%,without case report. [Conclusion]Most occupational hazards are benzene,toluene and xylene in monitoring,the qualified rate of dust is lowest.It is necessary to strengthen the rate of enterprise monitoring and health surveillance.Pneumoconiosis is the key for prevention.
