控制企业雇员流失的工资增长模型研究

摘要 雇员流失是近年来被讨论的热点,也是困扰管理者的问题之一。本文从工资增长的角度,探讨解决企业雇员流失的有效途径,并通过数理方法证实了工资增长模型的可靠性。
