江阴市历史钉螺环境改造现况调查

Current Situation of Improved Environment Where Snails Found in History of Jiangyin City

目的对江阴市历史上查有钉螺的环境改造现况进行调查。方法查阅血吸虫病防治历史资料,包括螺情登记卡、应查环境登记卡等螺情帐册,将所有历史查有钉螺的环境逐一登记,到历史上有螺环境现场实地勘察,使用麦哲伦探险家210采集经、纬度,并在Google Earth上建立地标文件。结果江阴市共有历史钉螺环境716个,累计钉螺面积2 094 076m2。历史钉螺环境分布在全市12个流行乡(镇)57个村,依改造的现况,将环境分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ类,其构成比分别为55.31%、2.51%、12.01%和30.17%。结论历史钉螺环境改造现况调查资料可用于指导每年的钉螺调查工作,现况调查数据也应在每年查螺结束后进行充实与调整,为卫生行政部门制定和实施血吸虫病防治规划提供科学依据。

[Objective]To investigate the improved environments where sails were found in history in Jiangyin City. [Methods]The historical data of schistosomiasis was accessed,including registration card of snail,registration card of the environment being investigated.All the history of each place with snail registration was checked,and these places were investigated for longitude and latitude by using the Magellan 210,then to create a Google Earth place mark file. [Results]There were 716 places where sails found in the history of Jiangyin City,total area was 2 094 076 m^2.The environment where sails found in the history were distributed in 12 townships and 57 villages and were divided into Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ according to the improvement levels,the proportion were 55.31%,2.51%,12.01% and 30.17% respectively. [Conclusion]The material of improved environment where sails found in the history are as a guide for annual snail investigation,the survey data should be adjusted and enriched after annual investigation so as to provide scientific basis for health administrative department to develop control measures of schistosomiasis.
