中性粒细胞髓过氧化物酶缺乏症的实验室诊断

Laboratory diagnosis of neutrophil myeloperoxidase deficiency

目的:了解实验室发现的2例中性粒细胞髓过氧化物酶(Myeloperoxidase,MPO)缺乏症,探讨MPO缺乏症的实验室诊断方法。方法:用Bayer公司的ADVIA120型血细胞分析仪进行全血细胞计数(CBC)及MPO活性指数(MPXI)的测定;外周血涂片瑞特染色和MPO细胞化学染色。结果:经ADVIA120血液学分析仪检测,发现2例MPO完全缺乏症的患者白细胞分布散点图异常,血涂片MPO细胞化学染色呈阴性,瑞特染色形态正常。结论:血细胞分析仪CBC检查、外周血涂片瑞特染色和MPO细胞化学染色是检测MPO缺乏症的重要指标。

Objective:To report 2 cases of complete neutrophil myeloperoxidase deficiency and investigate its methods of laboratory diagnosis. Methods:The complete blood cells(CBC) and myeloperoxidase index(MPXI) were detected by Bayer ADVIA 120 blood cell analyzer, peripheral blood smears were stained by Wright staining and the myeloperoxidase cytochemical staining. Result:The significant changes in the scatter diagram of Bayer ADVIA 120 blood cell analyzer were observed in the 2 cases of complete neutrophil myeloperoxidase deficiency. The myeloperoxidase cytochemical staining of the blood smear showed negative, and Wright staining showed normal. Conclusion:The CBC of blood cell analyzer, Wright and myeloperoxidase cytochemical staining of the blood smear are the important indexes for diagnosis of neutrophil myeloperoxidase deficiency.
