摘要 研究大米蛋白肽对育成猪生产性能、养分代谢和血液生化指标的影响。选择体重接近的35日龄"杜长大"三元杂交猪60头,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每重复4头猪,分别饲喂含大米蛋白肽0%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%的日粮至10周龄。结果表明,1.5%~2%的大米蛋白肽能显著提高育成猪的日增重、能量代谢率、蛋白代谢率和饲料效率,也能使猪血液中的总蛋白、血糖和丙氨酸转移酶含量提高,并明显降低猪的腹泻率、血液中的尿素氮和乳酸脱氢酶的浓度。 The effect of rice peptides on the performance,nutritional metabolism and blood biochemical index of growing pigs were researched.60 crossbred piglets([Yorkshire × Landrace]× Duroc)at 35 d of age were randomly divided to 5 groups(namely A to E,every group contains 12 piglets with 3 repeats),the diets extra contained 0%,0.5%,1.0%,1.5% and 2.0% rice peptide to replace soybean protein in basal diet respectively and were feed to 10 weeks for the growing pigs.The results showed that the diet containing 1.5%~2% rice protein could improve ADG,energy utility,metabolic ratio of protein and feed efficiency,increase the contents of total protein,sugar and ALT in blood,but obviously decrease the diarrhea rate,urea nitrogen and LDH(lactin dehydrogenase)in experiment pigs,and rice protein could improve production properties of growing pigs.
