摘要 燃烧正常与否,直接影响锅炉的安全性和经济性,针对大同发电有限责任公司7#锅炉近年来在燃烧方面出现的飞灰可燃物含量增高、再热器壁温较高、减温水量大,汽温偏低等表观现象进行了深入分析,提出了针对性措施,以提前着火位置为目的对煤粉细度、一次风偏差、二次风旋流强度、燃烬风直流风与漩流风比例、内外二次风比例进行了有效调整,取得了良好效果,对生产运行有一定借鉴意义。 Combustion is normal or not,relations to security and economization of the boiler.Some problems are exposed in the combustion of the 7# boiler of Datong Power Generation Co.Ltd,sush as higher combustion content in fly ash,higher temperature of the reheater,larger water reducing temperature of vopour,lower temperature the vopour and so on.Aimed at solving the problems,the article makes a thorough analysis to the possible causes,and then suggests effective measures for combustion optimization and adjustment.The measures are carried out for the purpose of advancing ignition position,Including adjustment to coal particle size,to primary air deviation,to rotation strength of secondary air,to the proportion of DC air and cyclone air in OFA and to the proportion of iner secondary air and external secondary air,having remarkable dffectiveness and providing reference to operation of boiler.
