摘要
在2006国际RFID技术高峰论坛会上标准问题成为焦点议题之一。标准工作组、国家编码中心、亚太RFID技术协会、UID、美国纽奥奇公司的演讲人都表述了各自的观点。本文在回顾各位演讲人的陈述后,结合国内外的具体情况,阐述了中国在RFID业界的实力相对弱小,不足与世界主流标准抗衡的观点,指出在全球经济的大环境下,应该用合作来造就共赢,扬长避短才能发展和维护本土企业知识产权,过分强调所谓“安全”和运用行政手段保护“知识产权”只会导致与国际技术水平差距的加大。本文最后指出,开放频率、明确标准势在必行,在UHF频段上的标准不必强调唯一性。
The standard question became one of focal point subjects at 2006 International RFID Technology Summit Forum. Lecturers from the standard action team , Numbering Center of China, the Asian and Pacific RFID technology association, UID, and Neology had all indicated their viewpoints respectively. This article after reviewing above statements of each speakers , basing on the domestic and foreign practical statuses, the article describes that China was relatively weak in the RFID field, and can not compete with the world mainstream standard. Under the global economy macroenvironment, we should use the cooperation to seek for win-win situation. If we fully ours favorable conditions and avoid unfavorable ones, we can develop and protect the intellectual property of the native place enterprise. Overemphasizing so-called 'state safe' and protect'the intellectual property rights' with administrative means will cause our technology lagging behind the world advanced level. This article finally points out that, opening the UHF frequency for RFID, establishing standard has to be done immediately, and it does not need to get only one RFID standard in the UHF frequency.
