摘要
本文主要考虑了环境污染对生产和福利的负效应,并且把环境质量也作为一种产出,由此建立了关于环保技术应用的随机经济增长模型.本文分析了宏观均衡时的税收,政府的公共开支,以及私人的环保技术投资对经济增长和福利的影响.
The paper mainly discusses the negative utility of environment pollution on production and benefits.As a kind of production,environmental quality is expected to play a greater role in the stochastic growth model considering the utilization of environmental technologies. The impacts of the main economic indexes(including the government expenditure, tax rate,private investment to environmental technologies) to the economic growth are presented.
