叙述了中国水泥混凝土和基础工程的高速发展,为了达到可持续发展的目标,必须有效利用工业废渣和延长基础工程的使用寿命,为此有必要重新修订不恰当的标准,加强基础研究,只有这样才能保持持续快速发展.

This paper describes the rapid development of cement, concrete and the infrastructures in China. For the purpose of sustainable development, it needs to effectively utilize industrial waste and to extend the service life of infrastructures. So that it is necessary to revise the unsuitable standards and strengthen the basic research in order to keep continuous rapid development.
