摘要
为了建立统一的混凝土抗氯离子侵入性快速试验方法,进行了通电时间和电解质溶液对混凝土电量值及氯离子渗透深度影响的研究.初步研究结果显示,可以建立一种新的试验方法,即电量综合法(RCMS),将电量法和快速电迁移法2种试验方法统一起来.建议的试验条件:试件龄期为56 d,用电量法夹具,阳极采用0.3 mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液,阴极采用3%氯化钠溶液,试验电压为60 V,通电时间为18 h.混凝土抗氯离子性能以6 h电量值、18 h电量值和通电18 h后氯离子渗透深度来评价,以18 h电量值为主要判定依据.
To create a unitized rapid method to measure the chloride penetration resistance of concrete, the influence of test duration and electrolyte solution on the charge passed and depth of chloride penetration of concrete were studied. Based on the preliminary results, a new method to predict the chloride penetration resistance of concrete was developed, i. e. the rapid chloride migration synthesis method (RCMS),it is a unitized method of rapid chloride permeability test (RCPT) and rapid chloride migration method(RCM). The suggested RCMS is using 56 d age concrete specimen, using RCPT test device, using 0. 3 mol/L NaOH solution in positive electrode, using 3% NaCl solution in negative electrode, using 60 V DC voltage for 18 h. After 18 h, the RCMS specimen is removed from the solutions , split axially, and sprayed with 0. 1 N AgNO3 solution, then the depth of chloride penetration (defined by the extent of the white silver chloride precipitate) is measured. The rating of chloride permeability of concrete of RCMS based on the charge passed through the specimen during 6 h and 18 h of testing period and the depth of chloride penetration of 18 h, the key rating of RCMS is the charge passed during 18 h.
