家禽健康养殖营养调控技术研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 近年来家禽业在规模化、商业化上得到了很大发展,越来越多的人开始关注行业的安全和可持续发展,健康养殖问题已成为人们关注研究的焦点。健康养殖应该包括饲养条件、选种、疾病控制、饲料营养、饲养管理、产品质量、动物福利、生态系统,以及工作管理等。该义通过国内外相关文献的调查分析,着重阐述了当前阻碍家禽健康养殖可持续发展的主要营养性问题(如动物食品质量安全、饲料安全、环境污染、生态环境恶化、动物源性耐药菌增多等。)及家禽业健康养殖营养调控技术(如禽产品品质的营养调控技术、生态环境的营养调控、饲料配方、添加剂及饲养方式等),指出畜牧业必须主动生产适应人们现代健康安全膳食所需要的畜产品,这是畜牧业可持续发展的关键所在。 It is crucial to develop sustainable animal husbandry,and animal products should be actively proceeded to meet the need of healthy food for human.It should include feeding condition,breed selection,disease control, feed nutrition,feeding management,product quality,animal Welfare,ecological environment and work manage- ment etc.According to the analysis of relevant literatures and references both domestic and abroad,this paper discussed main nutritional problems blocking sustainable development of healthy poultry feeding,such as safety of food quality from animals,fodder safety,environment pollution,deterioration of ecological environment,in- crease of anti-medicament bacterium from animal body,ect.;and the nutrition regulation technique of poultry such as the nutrition regualtion technology of poultry product quality,nutrition regulation technology of ecologi- cal enviconment,directions for producing fodder,additives and breeding manners,ect.
