TBM掘进引水隧洞塌方处理

Treatment for Landslide of Soil Tunnel Dug with TBM Method

叙述了在山西万寨引黄入晋工程中总干线7号隧洞用TBM掘进后洞中心线出现较大超差,其处理施工中土体又发生塌方,经采取塌方段两端先加强支护,用平行梁递进法封闭顶拱,再用小导管灌浆加固未塌方段土体,然后继续进行作业的塌方处理方法。

During the construction of tunnel No.7 of general main line,Yellow River Diversion Project in Shanxi Province,large deviation was happened at center line of tunnel after excavation by TBM.Landslide happened again during the treatment work.Supports at both ends of landslide segment were strengthened.Crown was closed with parallel beams by adopting method of going forward one by one.Then the segment where landslide did not happen was grouting with small guide tube.After that normal construction was continued.This method is successful.
