新型压型钢板混凝土组合板防火性能试验研究

摘要 压型钢板混凝土组合板以其优越的力学性能、施工方便、经济效果好等诸多优点,广泛运用于建筑的楼盖结构中。本文以来实建筑系统(广州)有限公司生产的BONDEK II型压型钢板为例进行足尺模型防火性能试验,研究其在火灾状态下的力学性能、破坏形态以及耐火极限等性能,为其推广应用提供试验依据。 Profiled steel sheeting-concrete concrete composite slabs have been extensively applied to floor structure of buildings because of its advanced mechanical behaviors,conveniences of construction,good economic characters,and so on.Full-scale model tests on fire-resistance behaviors of the new type profiled steel sheeting-concrete concrete composite slabs,BONDER II,which was produced by the Laishi Building System(Guangzhou) Co.Ltd,were done.Mechanical behaviors,failure modes and the fire-resistance,such as fire endurance,were studied as the experimental basis of extensive application of the new type composite slab.
