对人工挖孔灌注桩施工质量控制的实践性研究

Practical Study on Construction Quality Control of Hand-excavated Pile

基于电网施工企业人工挖孔灌注桩施工质量控制缺乏成熟经验的现状,结合工程实际情况,从人、机、料、法、环等几个方面,提出了影响人工挖孔灌注桩施工质量的5个主要因素,并针对影响因素提出了具体的控制措施,通过有效的过程管理,配合科学的施工方法,从而确保了人工挖孔灌注桩的施工质量。

Based on lack of proficient experience in construction quality control of hand-excavated pile,which is existed in construction enterprise of power system,five main factors,builder,construction mechanisms,material,method and condition,which affect the quality of hand-excavated pile, are discussed with construction projects,and the control method for construction quality,which is carried out with effective progress management of construction and scientific construction method,are put forward according to the five aspects.
