结合高校体育教学与训练实践,运用“比较分析教学法”就如何加速大学生学习、掌握、理解技术动作,形成正确的技术动作概念,加快学生学习动作的进程;提高运动员的训练水平和技术水平,培养和造就高水平运动员形成个人的技术特点和风格等问题,进行了研究,提出一些参考性意见。

According to the practical teaching and training,the paper proposes some references for promoting the students' study,mastering and understanding skill and movement,forming correct concept of skill and movement,improving movement learning process,training level and skill level,cultivating high-level athletes' skill characteristic and style.
