摘要
从健身运动对人体身心健康的作用、不良的体育锻炼给人体可能带来的危险等方面论述了锻炼者如何选择适合自己特点的健身运动,并指出选择自我锻炼项目应该注意事宜。为大众进行科学有效地锻炼提供有益的参考。
The author expounds how the people choose the body-building which fits for their characters from many respects,such as the function of the body-building to health both in mind and body,and the danger brought by the bad sports exercises.Also the author points out the matters needing attention when the people choose self-exercise,and provides the beneficial reference for the masse to take exercises scientifically and efficiently.
