江苏省男子足球后备人才培养模式现状调查

Investigation of Current Situation of Cultivation Mode of Male Football Reserve Talent in Jiangsu Province

运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈调查等方法,就我省男子足球后备人才培养模式中的青少年足球学校、体育传统项目学校、体育运动学校等单位在培养足球后备人才方面的情况及教练员情况进行了分析和研究,探讨了我省足球后备人才培养体系中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。

By the methods of document,questionnaire and interview,the author made an analysis and research on many aspects,such as cultivating football reserve talents and coach in the teenagers' football school,sports traditional events school,sports school,and approached existing problems in cultivating the football reserve talent and put forward the relevant countermeasure.
