基于数值模拟的应力成形极限图的应用研究

Study on Application of Forming Limit Stress Diagram Based on Numerical Simulation

摘要 根据极限应变到极限应力的转换关系,采用 Hill48塑性准则和 Hill79塑性准则建立了应力成形极限图的数学计算模型。并基于板料成形有限元软件 Dynaform,实现了用应力成形极限图作为判据对板料成形进行分析。 A program of forming limit stress diagram is developed based on the finite element software Dynaform.Two examples of sheet forming is analyzed using the developed program.Forming limit stress diagram is used for analyzing sheet metal forming.
