Design and Simulation of Toroidal Twister Model

Toroidal composite vessel winded with fiber is a new kind of structural pressure vessels,which not only has high structure efficiency of compound materials pressure vessel,good security and so on,but also has special shape and the property of u- tilizing toroidal space,and the prospect of the application of toroidal composite vessel winded with fiber is extremely broad.By in- troducing parameters establishment of toroidal vessel and elaborating the principle of filament winding for toroidal vessel,the de- sign model of filament winding machine for toroidal vessel has been introduced,and the design model has been dynamically simu- lated by the software of ADAMS,which will give more referrence for the design of real toroidal vessel twister.
