检验试剂院内招标方法的探讨

目的:建立一个可操作的检验试剂院内招标评标方法。方法:在公开招标的基础上进行院内招标,科学合理的引进竞争机制,让产品之间竞争质量,让公司之间竞争价格和服务。结果:通过院内招标,对试剂进行全面的合法性审核,有效防止一些违规违法行为,规范了管理,提高了检验质量,减少了医疗风险;检验试剂管理出现的明显的“两高一低”现象,即价格明显降低,质量和服务明显提高。结论:引进竞争的院内招标是规范检验试剂管理的最有效手段。

Objective To establish an operable system of inviting and evaluating hospital bids for laboratory reagent.Method Inviting hospital bids is based on inviting public bids.Along with introducing competitive mechanisms rationally and scientifically,we can obtain better qualities and services and more favorable prices by companies competing with each other.Result By inviting hospital bids,we can audit on the validity of laboratory reagent and efficiently prevent some illegal behaviors;and we are able to normalize managements,to improve the test quality, and to reduce medical treatment risks.Obviously the price is reduced,and the quality and service are improved. Conclusion It's the most efficient means for normalizing laboratory reagent managements to invite hospital bids.
