大肠癌p53和P-gp表达意义及相关分析

摘要 目的:探讨大肠癌p53基因突变和多药耐药基因(MDR-1)产物P-糖蛋白(P-gp)的表达意义及其关系。方法:利用免疫组织化学方法,检测83例大肠癌和正常黏膜组织中p53及P-gp的表达,并分析其相互关系。结果:83例大肠癌p53和P-gp阳性表达率分别为57.8%和44.6%,均比正常黏膜显著增高(P<0.01),p53和p- gp表达呈正相关(X2=8.72,P=0.003,r=0.324)。结论:p53基因突变可促进大肠癌的发生,并可能刺激MDR-1上调P~gp的表达。 Objective To study the expression meaning and relationship of p53 gene mutation and multidrug retrace gene (MDRI) in colorectal cacinima.Methods:The expression of p53 and P-glycoprotein (P-gp) in 83 cases with colorectal carcinoma and normal mucosa tissues were detected and its relationship was analyzed with immunhistochemitry method.Results:The expression positive ratio of p53 and P-gp in 83 cases colorectal carcinoma tissuec(P<0.01). There was positive correlation between p53 and P-gp expression(P<0.03),Conclusion:p53 gene mutation promotes development of colorectal carcinoma and may up regulate the expression of P-gp.
