德湿威治疗糖尿病足的体会

The experience of treating diabetes foot in TenderWet

目的:观察新型交互式湿疗敷料德湿威在糖尿病足治疗中的作用。方法:38例糖尿病足病人均在一般治疗的基础上给予德湿威治疗。结果:2级9例全部冶愈,3级12例治愈9例,4级10例治愈4例,5级7例冶愈1例,截肢4例。总治愈率为81．6％。其中2～3级治愈率为85．7％,4～5级冶愈率为29．4％。结论:德湿威作为一种新型敷料,可以有效的治疗糖尿病足,减少截肢的发生。

Objective To observe the role of new type Interactive Moisy Therapy dressing TenderWet in Diabetes foot therapy.Method Tirty-eight Diabetes foot cases are all treatment in Tender Wet on the basis of common therapy.Result 9 cases of the second class all healed,9 cases of the third class healed,4cases of the fourth class healed and 2 cases’crura were cut,1 cases of the fifth class healed and 4 cases’crura were cut.The overall ratio of cure is 81.6% and the ratio of cure in the first two classes is 85.7% and 29.4% in the following two classes. Conclusion As a new kind of dressing,TenderWet can be used to treat Diabetes foot effectively and reduce the number of cutting crura cases.
