摘要
目的观察哌嗪对中枢神经系统的药理作用。方法采用小鼠扭体法、热水缩尾法、戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠剂量实验法、尼可刹米惊厥法和小鼠断头法分别观察哌嗪的镇痛、镇静催眠、抗惊厥及抗脑缺血作用。结果300mg/kg的哌嗪对扭体法、热水缩尾法等测试,均有明显提高小鼠痛阈的作用;能明显增强戊巴比妥钠的镇静催眠作用;对抗尼可刹米所致小鼠惊厥;延长小鼠断头后喘息时间。结论哌嗪有镇痛、镇静催眠、抗惊厥、抗脑缺血作用,可能与抑制中枢神经系统有关。
OBJECTIVE To observe pharmacological effective of piperazine on central nervous system.METHODS Using writhing test,tail-immersion test,pentobarbital sodium under threshold hypnotic dose test,convulsion induced by nikethamide and cut the mice head test observed analgesic,sedative hypnotic,anticonvalsant and anticerebal hypoxia effect of piperazine in mice. RESULTS Piperazine raised the pain thresholds markedly during writhing test,tail-immersion test in mice,the sedative hypnotic effect of pentobarbital sodium was markedly strengthen,piperazine showed an antagonism to convulsion induced by nikethamide and prolonge mice breathing time after cut the head.CONCLUSION Piperazine have effect of analgesic,sedative hypnotic,anticonvalsant and anticerebal hypoxia in mice.It is possible that inhibit central nervous system.
