高效液相色谱法测定氯霉素水杨酸酊中氯霉素和水杨酸的含量

Determination of two components in chloramphenicol and salicylic acid tincture by HPLC

目的采用高效液相色谱法同时测定氯霉素水杨酸酊中氯霉素、水杨酸的含量。方法色谱条件:D iamonsilC18分析柱,流动相为甲醇-0.02mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈(35∶50∶15),检测波长:276nm。结果氯霉素和水杨酸的线性范围分别为:17.2~68.6 mg.L-1,24.4~97.6 mg.L-1;氯霉素和水杨酸的平均回收率(120%,100%,80%)分别为:99.9%RSD为0.95%,99.7%RSD为1.22%。结论高效液相色谱法用于氯霉素水杨酸酊的含量测定,方法简单,专属性强。

OBJECTIVE To use an HPLC method for determination of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in the tincture.METHODS Reverse phase Diamonsil column was used as the stationary phase and methanol-0.02 mol·L^(-1)KH_(2)PO_(4)-Acetonitrile(35∶50∶15)was used as mobile phase with 276nm for detection wavelength. RESULTS The linear ranges of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid were17.2～68.6 mg·L^(-1),24.4～97.6 mg·L^(-1) respectively.The average recovery for three concentrations(120%,100%,80%)were99.9%(RSD=0.95%),99.7%(RSD=1.22%).CONCLUSION The method is simple accurate and sensitive.
