摘要
目的建立HPLC测定通脉颗粒中丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。方法采用甲醇超声提取通脉颗粒中丹参酮ⅡA,色谱条件:Zorbax SB-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(86∶14),流速为1.0mL/m in,检测波长为270nm。结果本法在10~400ng间线性良好,相关系数r=0.9998。结论本方法能简便、准确地测出通脉颗粒中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determination of tanshinoneⅡ_(A) in Tong Mai Granules by HPLC.METHODS TanshinoneⅡ_(A) was extracted from Tong Mai Granules with methanol ultrasonic extraction.TanshinoneⅡ_(A) was assayed on a C_(18) column with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-water(86∶14) at a fiow rate of 1.0mL/min and detected at 270nm.RESULTS The linearity was obtained from 10 ~400ng of tanshinoneⅡ_(A) in Tong Mai Granules with a good correlation(r=0.9998),the mean recovery was 98.46%(RSD=1.34%,n=9).CONCLUSION The method was a sensitive,reproducible and simple assay.
