System Dynamic Analysis of Governmental Information Freeing

随着电子政务的发展,政府信息公开成为政府透明化改革浪潮中的热点问题。本文作者把系统动力学所强调的系统思维方法引入政府信息公开机制研究,通过对政府信息公开机制的反馈环分析,揭示了政府信息公开过程中各因素之间相互联系、相互作用的规律。并提出了促进政府信息公开的若干措施。

With the development of e-government,governmental information freeing has become the hotspot of government transparency tide.In this paper,two authors used the system thinking method,which system dynamics emphasizes into governmental information freeing problem research and displayed the rules of how the factors related and acted among governmental information freeing by analyzing re-back circle.Furthermore,several measures that advance the governmental information freeing are discussed.
