摘要
随着我国《公务员法》的颁布实施,进一步规范和完善我国公务员的权利救济制度,进而促进行政机关人事管理的科学化与法制化已成为依法行政的重要环节。本文对我国公务员权利救济制度的现状及缺陷进行深入地分析,通过剖析公务员权利救济的理论基础,提出完善公务员权利救济制度的建议。
With the promulgation of the Public Service Law,it has become the crucial links of administration under the rule of law to further perfect China's remedy system of public servants' rights and improve the standard of the personnel management in administrative organs with science and legality.On the basis of our country's current remedy system and its defects,this article points out its theoretical foundation and then puts forward some suggestions,which can provide more reliable remedy system for the realization of public servants' legal rights.
