Establishment and solution of the model about CAPF vehicles dispatch based on GIS-T

Describes the characteristic of dispatch question at first.The CAPF vehicles′ dispatching model is set up based on GIS-T and the characteristic of CAPF vehicles′ classification,then the Efficiency matrix is constructed,which is solved through the Hungarian algorithm.Finally,a example is given to show the effectiveness of the method.
