摘要
以人员训练技术水平、人员编制水平、维修器材保障能力、维修技术资料保障、维修的指挥与组织和维修技术手段为评价指标,在权重确定的基础上,采用TOPSIS法,根据相对贴近度的大小做出各维修单位维修保障能力的优劣排序,实践表明该方法具有一定的实用价值.
Firstly we choose the personnel training level,personnel organizational level,servicing equipment support,servicing technical datum support,servicing management,servicing means as index.After the sureness of the index weight,we use the TOPSIS method.At last,the order of vehicle maintenance unit is decided by the distance of the comparative approach.And the case shows the effectiveness of the method.
