摘要 电费回收难的问题是困扰供电企业发展的一大顽疾.目前,从技术角度来看,解决的主要手段和方式一般是采用以IC卡作为售电介质的预付费售电系统实行电费预收,但该系统又存在不稳定、易受攻击等问题.针对这一问题,本文提出了一种新型的基于GSM的无线预付费系统,并给出了整个系统设计的完整方案和保障措施.整个系统包括主站和预付费终端,它们之间通过GSM网络进行通信,不但能够完成预付费功能,而且可以实现自动抄表和监控,不失为一种解决电费回收难问题的有效手段. The problem of electricity fee retrieving is an obstacle that has held back the development of electricity supplying corporation.From the viewpoint of the technology,the main way to solwe the present problem is to carry out electricity fee prepaid system based on IC.However,this system has certain questions,such as,easily attacked and unstable.In view of this question,this paper puts forward a newly fireless electricity fee prepaid system based on GSM and has offered a complete system design and guarantee measures.The whole system includes the main station and the terminal of electricity fee prepaid,both of which communicate by GSM.It can not only accomplish electricity fee prepaying but also carry out the automatic checking and supervision,which is a better solution to the problem of electricity fee retrieving.
