摘要
重点介绍了我院啤酒酿造专业在全国率先实行“双元制”教学模式的基本作法,总结了该专业实行“双元制”教学的基本特色以及培养啤酒技能型人才的成功经验.
The test introduce the fact that the Beer brewing Department in our institute firstly carries out 'Double Aspect System' teaching mode in the whole country,and summering the characteristics of 'Double Aspect System' teaching mode and successful experience of training professional skilled person of beer brewing industry.
