摘要
介绍了武钢一炼钢铁水罐采用吹气辅助除渣工艺的情况,通过吹气辅助除渣水力学模拟实验,并结合现场生产实际确定了合理的铁水罐用透气砖的相关参数,改善了颗粒镁脱硫的扒渣条件,取得了一定的效果。
The paper introduces auxiliary deslagging process by pouring air in hot metal tank at No.1 steelmaking plant of Wu steel.By means of hydraulic stimulation test of auxiliary deslagging by pouring air and site production conditions,the reasonable parameters of porous bricks for hot metal tank have been fixed,the deslagging conditions of Mg grain desulfurating have been improved and good effects have been achieved
