摘要
IEEE802.11标准的MAC层协议支持节点的移动性通信,但是它的切换功能存在很大的局限性不能满足移动用户的需要。文中提出了一种利用GPS定位信息的邻居图(NG)快速切换算法(GPS_NG)。它的使用增强了无线局域网(WLAN)的切换功能,并且大大减少了切换延迟。
The MAC protocol of IEEE802.11 Standard can support the user's mobile communication.But it provides a limited handoff mechanism that dose not satisfy mobile user's claim.This paper introduces Neighbor Graph mechanism with GPS information which can enhance the handoff mechanism of 802.11WLAN,and greatly reduce user's handoff latency.
