林业投资新方向:中国林木质生物能源产业发展

The Trend of Forestry Investment:The Wood-based Biomass Energy Industry Development in China

能源危机和环境污染是目前制约我国经济可持续发展的关键问题。发展林木质生物能源既是能源发展的新方向,也是林业发展、土地资源利用和农村产业结构调整的新方向,是保障我国能源安全和实现经济可持续发展的必然选择。因此,在新形势下,开发和利用林木质生物能源对我国具有重要的战略意义。该文研究表明,在保障国家木材安全和生态安全的前提下,开发林木质生物能源替代化石能源的前景广阔。根据国家林业局《中国林木质能源2006—2020年中长期发展目标》及相关数据,该文还就林木质能源林培育、林木生物质发电、利用木质纤维素和油料树种果实开发液体燃料项目,对中国近15年林木质生物能源发展进行了投资概算和资金筹措分析,以期为林业投融资决策提供参考。

At present,the energy crisis and environment pollution have become the biggest challenge that hinder the sustainable development of economy in China.The development and utilization of the wood-based biomass energy is not only the new trend of forestry investment,but also the focus of the utilization of the land resources and the regulation of industry structure in rural area.It is of very important strategic significance to develop wood-based biomass energy.The study draws the conclusion that wood-based biomass energy has been considered as one of the most promising energy resources to reduce demand on fossil fuels given the conditions to ensure safety in the timber and ecology in the future.On the basis of The Objectives on the Wood-based Biomass Energy Industry Development in 2006—2020 in China and the other relative data,the paper analyses the investment budgetary and funds raising on the development and utilization of the wood-based biomass energy in recent 15 years in China,to look forward to provide some references for the forestry investment and making decisions.
