通过对粗纱牵伸罗拉表面状态进行放大观察和分析,得出粗纱牵伸罗拉表面沟槽齿距与齿顶宽的不匀对成纱条干的不匀有直接的影响,提出了纺纱工艺对牵伸罗拉的基本要求。

Through zoom-in observation of the surface performance of the roving draft rollers,conclusion is made that the irregularity of the pitches and the point distance in the slotted surface of the rollers is directly related with spinning evenness.Basic requirement of the spinning process is put forth for the draft rollers.
