医院急需高素质的放疗人才,而医学影像(技术)专业毕业生却面临就业难、就业渠道较窄的窘境。浙江省肿瘤医院和浙江医学高等专科学校合作举办放疗技术班的实践证明:院校合作办学,既能为医院培养一批急需的专科层次放疗技术人才,又拓宽了医学影像(技术)专业毕业生的就业渠道,而且具有教学投入少的优势,为类似专业提供了一个新的院校双赢的人才培养模式。
