护理学继续教育的现状与需求调查

An investigation of the current situation and requirement of continuing nursing education

目的:了解护理学继续教育的现状和需求。方法:采用问卷形式对参加过或正在参加护理学继续教育的300名护士进行调查。结果:有很多护士对目前的护理学继续教育不满意,认为目前的教育对提高护士的临床护理能力、科研和写作能力、沟通和人际协调等能力帮助不大。结论:目前的护理学继续教育还不能满足护士的需求,还需要通过改革和发展来不断完善。

[Objective]To understand the current situation and requirement of continuing nursing education.[Method]The investigation is based on questionnaires answered by 300 nurses who use to or receive continuing education.[Result]Many nurses are dissatisfied with the current continuing nursing education.They consider it less helpful for the improvement in clinical nursing, research,writing,and communicating and social abilities.[Conchisioii]The current continuing nursing education can not meet the requirements of nurses.To be more perfect,innovation and development should be taken.
